Where is DevReach 2010 taking place? (Venue)
DevReach 2010 will take place in Arena Cinema Mladost, Sofia, Bulgaria. The cinema complex consists of 15 cinema halls with a total capacity of 3000 people. The cinema halls are equipped with the latest digital audio and visual devices.
The cinema complex is situated in Mladost 4 neigbourhood right next to Business Park Sofia in the south-eastern part of Sofia. It is 3 km from Sofia airport and 10 km from the city centre.

We offer two packages: a Standard Package and a VIP Package:

What does the VIP Conference Pass include?
The VIP Conference Pass will entitle you to priority seating, admittance to the DevReach VIP Party on Oct 19 with all conference speakers where you will have many networking opportunities, and access to all recorded sessions.

Can I buy a 1-day pass?
1–day passes will not be available for DevReach 2010.

How do I convince my employer to sponsor my visit?
DevReach 2010 is the premier educational event on Microsoft technologies in CEE. By attending DevReach you will learn how to create better and more reliable applications using Microsoft tools. At DevReach you will have the chance to meet in person with international industry experts and benefit directly from their experience. If there is something you have always wanted to ask the masters, now is your chance to get their advice on an important project you are working on. Every speaker is available after their session and most will give you their e-mail for follow-ups, if needed.

Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes, volume discounts are available for purchases of 3 or more identical passes. Here is a detailed break-down for your review:
- 3 to 4 passes — 10%
- 5 to 9 passes — 15%
- 10 to 15 passes — 20%

Volume discounts cannot be combined with the 30 % Super Early Bird discount and the 20% Early Bird discount and will apply after Sept 15, 2010.

Do I qualify for a discount, if I am a student?
Yes, all students are eligible for a 20% discount which can be applied to either the Standard or the VIP DevReach Pass. To qualify for the discount, please send us a document clearly indicating that you are a student of a recognized educational institution. You can either fax the required document at +1.617.249.2116 or scan it and e–mail it to
info@devreach.com. An official e–mail from your university account which bears your signature would also be sufficient.

How can I pay?
We offer the following payment options:
Online Payments:
Online payments will be processed via PayPal - our third party payment provider. All major credit cards can be used at our e-store: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. Debit cards with the VISA and MasterCard logo will also be accepted. Early bird, as well as volume discounts, will be applied automatically as follows: the super early bird discount will be applied by Aug. 1, the early bird discount will be applied until Sept 15, 2010, and volume discounts will start applying after Sept 15.
Bank Transfer payments:
Bank transfer payments are also accepted. Cash payments
Cash payments will NOT be accepted.

How do I get my pass?
Your payment confirmation slip will serve as your pass. Please bring a copy of this document to the Registration Desk and make sure you have a photo ID on you as well. There will not be any physical tickets or registration numbers shipped to you. All you need is the purchase confirmation slip + your photo ID.
Registration opens at 7:00 a.m. on both conference days. Please make sure to pick up your badge and attandee bag upon registration.

What is the difference between the session levels?
Level 100 - The technical level of introductory and overview material. Assumes little or no expertise with topic and covers topic concepts, functions, features, benefits.
Level 200 - The technical level of intermediate material. Assumes 100 level knowledge and provides specific drill down into topic.
Level 300 - The technical level of advanced material. Assumes 200-level knowledge and in-depth understanding of features in a real-world environment and strong coding skills. Provides a detailed technical overview of a subset of product/technology features, covering architecture, performance, migration, deployment, and development.
Level 400 - The technical level of expert material. Assumes a deep level of technical knowledge and experience and a detailed, thorough understanding of topic. Provides expert-to-expert interaction and coverage of specialized topics.

If I can show up only on the first conference day, can someone else go in my place on the second?
Generally, DevReach 2010 passes are personal and non–transferable. However, if unexpected obstacles arise and you are unable to attend one or both conference day, please e-mail us directly:

Will I be able to review the sessions after the conference?
All presentations' slides will be posted on the DevReach 2010 website within a couple of weeks after the end of the conference. For more information on where the slides can be downloaded from, please check our News section on the home page.

What is the expected attendance rate?
Building on the success of the last two years, DevReach 2009 is promising to be one of the best .NET developer events in Europe this year. We are expecting the event to attract about 500 attendees - beginner to senior developers, consultants, .NET user group members and other IT professionals as well as IT managers.

Is accommodation provided?
The Holiday Inn Hotel which is located right next to Arena Cinema Mladost will be offering discounted rates for DevReach attendees. To ensure you get the preferred rate, please contact the hotel directly at
reservations@holidayinnsofia.bg prior to your reservation mentioning you will attend DevReach 2010.

Do you offer catering?
Refreshments during the coffee breaks will be provided complimentarily to all DevReach 2010 attendees. You will be able to purchase lunch at the food court situated on the second floor of the cinema complex.

What if I have to cancel?
Cancellation requests can be made by e-mailing
info@DevReach.com. Registrations cancelled prior to September 11
th, 2010 are entitled to a full refund. Requests received during the period September 11
th- 30
th, 2010 will be entitled to a partial refund of 25% of the paid registration fee. No cancellation requests will be accepted after September 30
th, 2010. Substitutions are allowed with written permission from the original registrant.

Do I Need a Visa to Attend?
Bulgaria is part of the European Union and all EU citizens do not need a VISA to enter the country.
If you are a foreign citizen, please review the VISA requirements for Bulgaria.

Delegates requiring a visa to attend DevReach 2010 are recommended to follow the process below:
- All visa applications must be lodged from the place of residence and an application form need to be requested from the Bulgarian Embassy.
- Submit your DevReach 2010 registration and full payment to the DevReach Registration Office following the steps in the regsitration page
- As soon as payment has been made for your registration you can request a visa invitation letter e-mailing us at info@devreach.com
